Please monitor your SPAM folder regularly:
1. Click on SPAM folder
2. Search for any valid email caught in spam.
3. Right click valid email and select whitelist.
3. Email will never go to spam folder again.

Optional line transfer from Telkom to Ovation
Step 1:
If you would like to transfer your ADSL line from Telkom
to Ovation, we'll need the following information from
you:
1. The name of the account holder
2. Telkom account number
3. Your address
4. Your ADSL telephone number
5. Your preferred line speed
Step 2:
Send your details to support @ ovation.co.za and let
us know you would like to transfer your line. We will
then process your request which can take between 1 and
2 weeks to complete.
This allows us to perform the following:
Resetting your port, Checking the health status of your
line, Change the speed of your line. Line rental cost
will be invoiced by Ovation instead of Telkom with the
added benefit that you don't have to phone Telkom
anymore if you have a problem. No disruption
of services and you keep your telephone number.

Acceptable Use Policy (AUP):
Uncapped ADSL use a 7 day rolling window to ensure your
account keeps running smoothly. If you reach your rolling
window threshold within 7 days, your maximum download
speed will be moved to a lower priority until your total
usage falls below your threshold. How much your speed
is reduced will depend on network capacity. Remember,
if there is available capacity, your rolling window
thresholds do not apply and your speeds will NOT be
affected at all.
